Well, I found a pretty big guide on B.Net forums. Looked interesting but I stopped reading after seeing how small the sidebar was.

Epic, I've read parts of that before. It's good for anyone who has never played ladder (successfuly) as well, because it gives a lot of good tips. Also good for MM&M microing in general.
