I recently discovered a glitch with the fire/water spell Vapor Shield. Whenever the shield is damaged, the ability "view spell books and equipment" is removed from "local skills". The ability doesn't come back until you are revived.

Nice to finally see you on the forum. That sounds like a game-breaking bug to me, but Rhys can always classify or move it later as he sees fit.
