That's what I thought happened - however that leaves us with the problem I layed out earlier.

Are the options. We would go with 2, however - kuro could have easily changed her move to kill just Lightning if she had known her second move wouldn't count. Now, is kuro says she's willing to give the DK to Belial, then I can start a new game (People who want to should send their PM's to DragonHeart91 now if they wish to do so) otherwise she'll say she WOULD have had a different move in which case I'm not sure what to do.

Another big question that needs to be answered: Does anyone actually care enough to stall off starting the next round?

Me? No. I could very easily just be like, too bad Kuro, no kills 4 you. But that wouldn't be very fair would it? Especially since I've already denied her kills before XD. Anywho - I'll start one tomorrow morning regardless of the outcome. It's just easier if I have an official victor for the next game, and the kill counts and such.

You can't get credit for the DK, I've decided that's just not fair. Belial gets the kills - however for the next game I'll be adding "Assists" to the first post when an element gets killed.

This is done either by doing the most damage to an element by the time it dies, or by taking it down to one or two before the final blow is given.
