I would be against anything buffing any [C] spells. If spells need to be re-organized to accompany that, that's ok with me. But, I think the [C] spell should be sort of a stand-alone ultimate. It is the unique thing to each non-M-book, and should be powerful. In fact, many [C] spells might need buffs to encourage use of single books instead of M-books once all the M-spells are implemented.
