I listed the 5 things that I thought were NECESSARY in my thread.

I think the balance is ok and we don't need to change too much stuff. Lightning seems a tad weak right now, but reducing the cost of Lightning Strike and increasing it's range would fix that. It also needs to be able to target the ground and "shoot from the hip" so to speak.

started constructing a list of changes. refer to the other thread, above/below this one... if you dont think X thing in 'the list' is unnecesary/should be revised, quote it, and post something here.

will add/edit/delete stuff accordingly.
